As an IT Helpdesk Officer, you support end users with IT technical problems with software products, programs or systems to ensure continuity within the Egemin organization.

  • You install and maintain software programs on PC’s in order to offer the internal customers user-friendly IT-support.
  • You provide telephone support to users in order to offer a fast and customer friendly service.
  • You install operating systems, application software or hardware in order to apply small changes to the standard setting if necessary.
  • You perform administrative tasks regarding the network in order to meet the standards.
  • You address recurring issues and provide support in solutions research in order to avoid problems.
  • You keep yourself up-to-date on evolutions and developments in the field of new IT-developments (hardware and software) in order to maximize your own field knowledge and apply it in the organization.
